Clubstudio is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that serves as an all-in-one platform revolutionizing how college clubs operate.

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service.
  • By posting content, you grant Clubstudio a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to, or attempt to:

  • Violate any laws
  • Post unauthorized commercial communications
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate any user
  • Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Clubstudio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
